The Waterville Downtown Arts Center, now the Paul J. Schupf Art Center, will move into the next phase of design. A collaboration between Susan T Rodriguez | Architecture • Design and OPAL (formerly GO Logic), the Center will be a beacon for the arts on Main Street.
